How It Happened
Two men shredding tree limbs in a woodchipper are just about done when the last branch jams the woodchipper. Anxious to get to his house to watch TV, one of them, Dale, irrationally tries to unjam the woodchipper with his foot, but his foot gets stuck and he gets shredded alive, feet-first.
